DELIVERY AND SHIPPING POLICY– 

What is fablecasa's Shipping Policy?

We strive to deliver products purchased from FableCasa in excellent condition and as quickly as possible. As an introductory offer, all shipping is currently free on fablecasa.com. Orders are shipped via standard shipping, and products typically take 7–8 business days to be delivered.

If an order is cancelled before being shipped, lost, or undelivered to your preferred location, we will refund the entire order amount including any online shipping charges paid.

If you return an order delivered to you, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. For accounts whose return behavior violates our Fair Usage Policy, a delivery charge of Rs. 149 will be levied on all orders, irrespective of order value.

FAIR USAGE POLICY –

We always strive to provide the best experience for our customers. However, we have noticed that a few accounts abuse our liberal returns policy, typically by returning most items or refusing shipments. This negatively impacts our regular customers. To protect customer interests, we reserve the right to levy a shipping charge of Rs. 149 for all orders and to disable Cash on Delivery for accounts with a high percentage of returns or refused shipments by value of orders placed.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log into your account and tap on the “Order History” section under your Account page on our website. Click "View Order" for the specific order you wish to track. On the next page, click "Track Order" to check its status.

How are orders placed on FableCasa delivered?

All orders are dispatched through courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, ATS, etc.

I have received a partial item/order or an untended/void packet. What should I do?

Kindly reach out to us regarding pilferage within 48 hours of delivery; otherwise, the claim will not be entertained. During our investigation, please note:

Do not use the item for which a claim is being raised.

You may be required to provide information such as a short description of the case.

Provide snapshots of the packet and any other boxes (if applicable). Try to cover sides that appear tampered/damaged.

The refund for prepaid or Cash on Delivery orders will be processed after investigation.

Refund may not be issued if:
You fail to provide adequate information about the case.

You fail to provide snapshots of the packet and box (if applicable).

Pilferage claims are not made within 24 hours of product delivery.

You dispose of the packaging within 3–4 days post-delivery (we may need to pick up your packaging for investigation).

You have used the item for which the claim was raised.
